I made an appointment with this clinic, arrived 20 mins early only to find the door locked, lights and tv on, just not one person in sight. I knocked, rang the bell, and the phone. No answer. I have taken my business elsewhere. absolutely appalled

If all therapist are busy with clients - the door is locked for safety ? - All our clients are aware of this and are patient with us , it was unfortunate Nicola was 20 minutes early , as we were not available until her appointment time , had she waited until then to find out, we could have explained this ?

I had a very disappointing service from this salon. I visited for a Brazilian wax - I have been having these for the past ten years but have recently moved to the area so have not had the treatment done here before. After looking at the website there were clear descriptions of the different types of wax available and therefore I felt confident that they knew what a brazilian wax entailed. What I received was a very basic, non extensive standard bikini wax - however I was charged £22.50 - the Brazilian rate (£22 plus 0.50p for a parking pass which was not made clear to me when I booked the appointment!). Unfortunately the waiting room full of people and my silly British prudeishness prevented me from complaining, which clearly I should have. I came away feeling like I had been well and truly ripped off!

Unfortunately, not having this treatment/appointment as stated in our business diary for the date and time stated - I feel this may be a false claim ? .....running down other businesses is not a way to gain their clients ??
