You obviously get what you pay for, the place is dingy and unhygenic and has seen better days. There was an error with my last booking and it was cut 15 minutes short. I had to argue with the manager who acted as though I'd robbed him. Nice therapists, but really not worth the hassle.

Sadly dark and dingy. The reviewer who said the masseur was in training got it spot on. Overpriced even at £19 for an hour (of which they only gave 45 minutes). Their massage includes a strange bit where they pull your hair which is very unpleasant.

Very poor. Started 10 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. Environment was dingy/damp - not at all what i was expecting.
There is no "choice" of 3 massages. Girl massaged like she was still in training. Barely worth £19 so not sure how/if they get away with charging full price. Save your money

I bought a groupon voucher for a massage and when i rang to book an appointment they did not have any appointments before my voucher will run out. Therefore i have paid for a service i have not received and am disgusted. NEVER BUY A GROUPON VOUCHER FROM THEM!
