Thanks for your review and visiting the salon. Since this is the only feedback we have on the site and I am not sure who you are, I can but only reply here.

We offer two pathways at the salon which is in our price list and discussed at the start of your treatment. The client gets to choose how they want to spend their experience and their money with us.
And as I distinctly remember you wanted me to address your skin concerns, I was on annual leave on for most of August and only treated 3 new clients upon my return. Therefore I am able to recall your treatment with us. I do however, remember the advice given to and I have recorded my exact homecare recommendations of Environ to you, which came to just over £400.

The options you have are:
1. Luxury chill out, nice products that give that lovely sensory and relaxing pathway. No real skin education at all because if you have chosen this path way its more than likely you want us to not talk and just relax and sleep.

2. Path way two is Serious About Skin. We use Environ to get amazing results and we document these results through visia skin analysis and evidencing before and after photos. All of our great work has been based upon being able to provide this service and document it. A bespoke homecare programme was recommended to you for your skin type.

If I was given any indication that option 2 was NOT the path way you preferred, I would have still provided an amazing facial but no bespoke homecare.

It would be totally unprofessional of me to educate you and then send you away with out any homecare advice, that’s not how any skin care professional works.

It’s a bit like having an MOT for your car but your mechanic keeps information from you that certain parts of your vehicle are not working correctly and the oil you are using for that car is not suitable.

It’s far more professional to have all the advice you need and then decide your self.

I advised after looking at your skin what was best and then gave you a programme which you preferred not to take. It wasn’t pushed at all, I just gave you my recommendations and left them at the desk for you to have a look at.
If you want to return I am more than happy to look after you again and not mention anything to you about your skin unless you ask, it would be my pleasure to see you again and see what improvements your skin has made since last August.

In relation to the ingredient you mention in our sebuwash, we have since removed this product from our skin care in October 2012. We attended a cosmetic chemistry course and felt that this ingredient compromised the epidermis too much.

Thanks for your great feedback on my facial and the education I gave you. But so sorry you was bombarded with so much information.
