I really enjoyed my appointment with Beatrice. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I had skin tags removed and I was quite nervous at first but Beatrice was quick and efficient and I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend her.

Appointment booked for 12.45, contacted day before by telephone and told this would have to be changed to 1.15 due to a double booking. I reluctantly agreed ( ten week old baby feeding scschedule to work around) and arrived for my appointment well before the ammended time of 1.15. The receptionist and beautician disappeared only to return at 1.35 to announce they were ready for me! I then left as felt this was unfair and did not want to pay for a treatment that would clearly be rushed (plus I was aware my baby was waiting for his feed which had the appointment started roughly on time would have been ok but a 20 minute delay unfair on him). Feel like I was treated with very little respect and will not be using this salon again and would suggest to others to avoid! Such a shame as previously enjoyed visiting this salon. I also note that zero attempt to apologise was made.

I've been using this salon for several years and have had consistently good service. Very experienced staff who will make you feel wonderful!

Fantastic facials, lovely staff - probably the best eyebrow shape and tint I've ever had and the least painful Brazillian wax ever. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else.
