I purchased a pair of the white leather sneakers from the St Tropez store and after wearing them 9-10 times they had a tear in the back (presumably a small manufacturing defect).

I visited the Chelsea store and they replaced them straight away- handed me a new pair with no qualms. The staff were really friendly and this was very efficiently done.

I have since got another pair of the leather sneakers in black. They are really comfortable and I haven't had any other issues.

Would certainly recommend both for the quality and the professionalism of the staff.

I was very impressed by the cut and fit of Boggi Milano’s suits, as well as the relatively low price point at which they can sell them. I bought a suit from them for around £250 in December 2009. I wore the suit in rotation to my office job a maximum of twice a week. A few weeks in the lining came away from the trousers so I returned them to have it replaced. They kindly replaced the lining free of charge.

Once replaced, I continued to wear the suit a few days a week to work. Around 8 weeks after getting the suit back, having been worn probably 20 times in total since I had purchased it the 98% wool mix material began to fray at stress points, mainly on the knees. There was also some stitching beginning to come apart on the pockets. This made the suit effectively unwearable as you could see skin through the knees.

I returned the suit to have it looked at. Sadly they consider this to be normal wear and tear for one of their suits. I do understand that they only have a 28 day warranty but Im very disappointed that the total lifespan of the suit has been around 3 months of occasional wear. The best they would offer was new trousers for the suit for £180.

I would like to think the quality of my particular suit wasn’t representative of Boggi’s usual standards, but would have though if this was the case they would have been able to replace the suit for a non defective one. I can only assume that Boggi don’t intend their suits to be anything more than occasional suits, but given the city style of my suit this also doesn’t fit.

So in summary, nice stores, nice cut, but very disappointing quality which changes the price from being pleasingly reasonable to being over-inflated to pay for the brand.
