I recently bought a three piece suit from Leonard Jay One. The lady I bought from was having her first day and was brilliant. I was in a hurry and was in and out in 20 minutes with alterations being taken care of.

I wanted a specific double breasted suit and they were able to offer me alternative fits and sizes for both the jacket and trousers for the desired suit. High professional care and service which is sadly lacking in the well known high street clothing chain stores.

Some nice suits but shocking customer services!
After trying on a suit and not buying it, I was told "I'd like to go home now and I'd like you to as well!"
