Story about how one person can destroy an impression of the branch or the whole company. Im a regular customer of Massimo Dutti and several days ago popped into this branch on Regent street, where asked my boyfriend to take a seat as was planning to try on quite few outfits. Later on found my boyfriend waiting outside the shop, because shop assistant was rude and asked him to get up even though there are quite few other seats available at the store. Would recommend to manager pick their staff more accurate and don't scare clients away. This happened on Thursday, 19th on July. To the lady, who can't stand clients taking a seat in the shop where she works i wish all the best in retail.
