This shop has an great location in an affluent area and don't they know it! Lovely clothes but absolutely terrible service and makes sure you are absolutely confident before you buy as there is no chance of an exchange or refund. I certainly wouldn't go back and it would put me off buying any James Lakeland clothes in the future.
