Staff were very rude and not helpful at all especially the manager he was extreamly rude. In the shop they have a lot of mannequins dressed in sarees one of my friends touched to feel the material of one and he told her off and then in his own language to one of his staff said “she’s going to ruin it” which my friend translated and felt really crap about. My friend just wanted to get a feel of the material. If he didn’t want people touching the clothes there should be a clear sign, also manners don’t cost a thing there are nicer way of saying things. Never going back, went elsewhere bought 12 sarees for my friends wedding and got lovely customer service, which is a big deal to me. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with rude people.

My wife went In to purchase a set for bridal outfit only to realise the packaged items when taken home had defects in the earrings. So we went back the next morning and told to have them exchanged but all the staff included the manager refused the exchange to so called hygiene reasons when the earings had not even been worn. Then went on to say that this is not a white mans shop this is an Asian we don't believe in such refund policies. It's not what I would exp cry after spending £85 for two sets. Disgraceful. I've also uploaded a pictur were the ring around the earring has a missing piece don't waste your time spend a little extra and get better service

This store is a great shop and the sale assistants is the best,very good customer service and I loved going there.I would be going more in the future this is especially cause of the lovely girls who work there and a lovely manager.
