Clearly, as the other reviews show, the manager of this store is filled with arrogance - boasted that he gives this and that as zakat when it’s not even an optional aspect in Islam? It shows the illiterate nature of this man who has a lot of pride and no consideration for customers; I think he forgets that customers are what give him his salary; do not recommend

The manager is arrogant and his team simply don't care about customer service- he will argue with you and then push you out of his shop because 'he doesn't need your custom and there'll always be more people buying from him'. Do not waste your time and money on sub standard clothing that yiu can find cheaper elsewhere.
I vow to never return.

The shop is actually quite nice if I may be honest hence the other comments which I highly disagree with as none of those situations or problems have occurred for me even though everyone does have their opinions. Overall it has great clothing and is worth going into the shop.

This shop always has something beautiful for every occasion. I love it! Its my favourite asian shop in London. I hardly walk out empty handed from that shop as their collection is unique. Luckily I've received good service.

Totally agree with all the comments on this site. We have never been treated like this before anywhere. The manager told me to leave my baby and pram outside because his customers can't get past but rather every floor space was stuffed with second rate clothes that were miles cheaper at green street!! His shop assistants are useless! They assured us that we'd get discount, he blatantly denied it when it came to paying then told us leave it if we can't pay it. It was our first and last visit-never again! We were doing a big wedding shop too. His loss as we found a much nicer shop just off w

The owner at this shop is atrocious. He will sweet talk you into ordering something, promise it will arrive in 6 weeks and then ignore your calls 12 weeks later when it hasn't arrived. He definitely needs to be reported to trading standards. Please don't waste your time with this shop.

Manager of keya challenge me I can't get sari for cheaper price anywhere in the country, I found the same sari in green St £ 50 cheaper then keya. When I went back next time I told the manager, he called me liar strait way. Very very rude& ignorant.

Very bad customer service, manager is so rude & unprofessional. Never keep his promise, he's so sweet when he sell his product but if any thing goes wrong if you go back manager doesn't wanna know & he might kick you out. Never recommend to any one even my enemy.

Decent product but extremely over priced. You expect decent service from them, for paying extra money for there product. I asked the owner about some discount, he replied if don't like the price, leave my place. I never had any rude owner in my life. I wouldn't recommend to any one.

Owner/ managers of keya very unprofessional. Very bad& rude service. I saw him kicking people out from his premises because they complain about him& his products. I would give him any rating, only because of the website rule I had to give 1.

Manager is so rude. He hasn't got any customer service skill. He doesn't respect any body. They should get rid of him. I wouldn't recommend keya to any one

Really poor service, the owner is very arrogant and does not respect his customers, all the cloths are missing items, the quality is very poor but you wear it once and then it all falls apart. The shop assistances are a waste of time as none can ever help you might as well be speaking to one of the manequins. This is one place I would avoid even if they are the last saree shop in the world. Winner of the Crap Customer Award 2011, 2012 and pretty sure every other year.

What can I say about keya? they have to be the most unreliable shop that I have ever been to in my life. Not only do they charge riddiculous prices for clothing that are half the price somewhere else.. they claim that there ones are the best around and is unique etc. When on several occasion his clothing have been faulty!! They over promise and under deliver. They let me and my family down on 3 occasions with our orders and they have been doing that with a lot more customers out there!! They lie and cheat there way to get quick money wherever they can, and try to sweet talk you but when it comes down to it they deliver horrid service!!! The owner has to the most big headed, arrogant fool I have come accross too! He blatenly tells us that he doenst care if he loses customers because poeple will come running to him anyway! lol.. not anymore love, I will seriously not reccomend this place to anyone because all you will get is dissapointment and no apologies because like he says he doesnt see the need to apologise to anyone and he can do whatever he likes because its his shop!! loser. NEVER AGAIN!!
Have your say
