Never again my prada jacket ruined and they were so rude to me. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy

I've taken several cashmere jumpers here for invisible mending over the years. Always a good job done and always speedily returned to me, at a reasonable price.
I have given a Moncler jacket for repairs for months. You still have it and no one answers your phone. Please email or call me as I want my jacket back! Please!!
Truly appalling experience inadequate virtually non existent customer service. Totally ambiguous custom care or respect for others property. I would never bring my expensive garments there. They were disingenuous and unapologetically rude when asked about the constant delay and subsequent deluge of untruths resulting in they had lost two items and completely destroyed one this shop has completely ruined all items additionally they lied to hide thier incompetence and were exposed do not trust this shop

I had a horrible tear in my Moncler jacket which i was told was impossible to fix from the Moncler head office. I called multiple tailors who wouldn't touch a Moncler coat because of the cost if it went wrong. The lady at Invisible Menders assure it would be fixed on a specific date and i wouldn't need to worry. I was very hesitant as i was told by everyone it was going to be worse, but i got phone call a day earlier and it was like magic as there is no trace of a rip what so ever. So happy and thank you very much!

They were supposed to do an invisible mend on my Crombie suit. They merely stitched right through the jacket. This was a pathetic and not even amateurish result. The jacket is now ruined. If they can not do an acceptable job, then they should decline the task.
Mended my jacket nicely for a very reasonable price. My only (small) issue was my jacket was supposed to be ready earlier in the week than it was - but a couple of days is no big deal - I would rather it was done properly. If it had been done on the original date I would have given a 10. All the ladies in the shop were lovely. Would definitely use them again. Thanks
Mediocre service.
I brought in my son's dinner suit jacket for minor mend/repair, they actually further ruined it. Invisible mending it may be for blind and for those who've never seen properly done invisible mending.
Buttons that were properly fixed and not missing when jacket was brought in were missing on pick up.
All that for £65 that you have to pay in advance.
Dismal service, wouldn't trust them to fix a button anymore, let alone repair fine clothing.
Don't waste your time and money.
Utterly horrendous customer service. Trousers took a week longer than the maximum duration specified. No information on when they would be ready, and ridiculous excuses as to why they took so long upon collection. Be prepared to wait up to 3 weeks - something which is certainly not made clear up front. When discussing the poor level of service with the owner, I received the response, "don't leave your clothes hear if you don't want to." Needless to say I won't be.
Have had nothing but good experiences here, over many years - excellent speedy service and professional 'invisible mending' - to be highly recommended.

They could do a proper job and not a sloppy amateur
mend. They used to do a good job but not now.
A tear to one of the tails of my cashmere coat was repaired nicely and on time for £50

The worst service ever- I took a "shahtoosh" shawl for invisible mending- paid £120 in advance- they said it would take 1 month to do the job that was 25 November 2011-
I called and dropped by time and again and kept being told it was not yet done and that they would call and of course never did-
I dropped by one Morning when Nina was not there and her colleague said the shawl was ready, but could not find it-
so to this day, I have not been refunded, no one has called to tell me what they are doing to find it (it is a rather expensive item) I may well sue for damages- these people have no interest in good service or in keeping their clients happy- a disgrace.
Don't go there, go elsewhere- or mend it yourself-
Really poor customer service. Completely unacceptable in terms of time taken, and very difficult to find out when trousers would be ready. No phone call to say when they were finally ready as was promised, and generally a very poor level of customer service.
I would strongly advise going elsewhere as this is not the first bad review having read other peoples experiences.
Very disappointing experience - went to have two pairs of trousers shortened and I made a mistake - decided to trust they knew what they were doing. I took the shoes with me that I would wear with the trousers and was concerned that they hadn't pinned them up enough to stop them dragging on the floor but the lady doing the pinning clearly wasn't interested in listening to me. I tried to satisfy myself that the length was OK but when I picked them up and tried them on, they were hitting the ground so I suspect the lady ignored me after all. I could have taken them back but frankly I don't trust them anymore - very annoyed after paying 30 pounds but have resorted to tacking the trousers up myself - lesson learnt. With so many other places to choose from, I'll be going elsewhere in future.
the first time I used this service they were thorough, timely and reasonably priced - the next time, they took 2 weeks longer than promised to do the work -- but were still reasonably priced. More recently, I have waited in excess of 6 weeks for mending work that had been promised within a two week period -- they ask for payment up front and appear to hold customers hostage requiring multiple return visits to pick up garments -- I will be making at least a fifth trip as was told that they will not refund me
