Employees practically forced us to buy a dress by removing the padding and lying saying that we asked them to remove it when we were still not sure we even wanted the dress. They said they cannot sell the dress after removing the padding without our permission. The dress also reeks of fish for some odd reason. 0/10 would not recomend shopping from here

We ordered 11 outfits from there for a wedding which we were told would arrive on the 11th August but still no sign of it coming. Now their saying they never promised a date with us. They just want your money thats it. They have a no exchange and no refund policy. All paid in cash so you really cant do anything. I will never shop there again. Awful place

I would not recommend to anyone. No Exchange, No refund Policy absolute rip off as, majority of the items are faulty your eye misses it then you are had. Rubbish Policy.

We ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses made-to-measure and they arrived looking very different to the original choice. Sleeves had been added and the neckline was completely different. Despite this we have had to have alterations done to make the best of the situation but we were left feeling very unhappy. The lady who served us told me to speak to the manager and gave me his mobile number. It has been a cat and mouse game of him either promising to look into this and call me back or not answering my calls. This could have sorted out by good customer service but now I say DONT SHOP HERE!

I bought 5 suits here including 2 for my mum- very heavy detail for a few weddings we were going to in summer. The colours and variety of styles I found the greatest asset of this shop- the service was also excellent. Do not be afraid to bargain- they go lower than most but you have to keep at it. They also do free adjustments and have no problem adjusting until you are happy with the fit. All in all one of the best places to go in Green Street

I ordered a made to measure outfit (long dress) in March 2012 and was told that it will take 5 weeks maximum to make. After a lot of chasing and unkept promises my dress finally arrived almost 10 weeks later!! The dress was nothing like what I ordered and I was left feeling absolutely gutted.
