I was visiting from the US when I found JOY in Convent Garden. What a gem! I bought a lovely Louche bag along with a terrific book on the London Pubs. The sales girl was quite friendly and very helpful. She even provided me with information about how I could apply for a VAT refund. In addition, she gave me an beautifully designed free OYSTER CARD holder. I received many compliments on this card holder from at least 5 TUBE riders. My daughter in law who lives in Islington loved the Oyster card holder, and I gave it to her to use. I wish we had one of your stores in Washington, DC
