Beyond feeling a little self-conscious when visiting this store, I don't have a bad word to say. In fact, I have some good words to say...
The people behind it have just released a book and you can tell that they're obsession with period menswear is the real deal. Some of the pieces in here are absolutely beautiful. It's like a museum, a shrine to design of the past. Anyway, I bought a tie after looking everywhere for something a little different. The staff stood back, advised and gave me the space to pick the one I wanted. All much appreciated.

Prices are fairly high at The Vintage showroom but then this isn’t your average vintage shop. Dealers in hard to find Americana like Postal Service uniforms and military wear, along with original selvedge denim and Breton t-shirts, this is the place for aficionados of vintage quality.
