New Rock

Wonderful and amazing shop but the workers are very pushy. I was just looking at shoes and he says he'll do £40 on a jacket from a rail. Then asked what ones I'm getting after I said I'm just having a look
Very bad customer service

Hello micky here just saying what i feel needs saying on this place.
Right so i went yesterday and picked up some new boots and they was super helpful and to the point they did not force anything on me but helped me have a good look round. The staff was super friendly and they have to put up with alot from the odd time waster. But yeah i ended up leaving with my new boots and a belt.
I am going to be coming back very often i feel.
They are super cool no matter what kind of person you are i am a goth and i felt just as welcome as the guy who was in a suit who also picked up some shoes.
There really is something for everyone here.

Very well stocked with Leather goods, however it was very pushy for my liking. Just went to have a look at some boots, but got a catalogue shoved at me, (where I preferred actually looking at the boots in their store) and the guy kept saying "oh these shoes very good...." and getting them out for me to try, when I wasn't interested in them. Then when looking at a pair and trying them on, he turned even more demanding and pushy when slightly haggling. Nice shop just very very bad customer service. Let people come to you, don't harass them.

I felt really bad in that place. They are too annoying with people. I know they want to sell and have good selling but not like this, please. They should be nicer with potential customers. I was a bit undecided since I wanted to buy something a little expensive so, I wanted to be sure about my purchase. But the man start to be rude and hurried me to take a decision. Finally I left the shop and I doubt I come back again.

This shop is great if you haggle!

Get internet prices for your new rocks and leather goods!

Look interested but tell them the product is out of your price range... Try and push for 20% to 50% off their asking price..

The "enthusiasm" with which they help potential customers is endearing to some, but very intimidating to others. Perhaps... allow the customer to come to you instead?
