Out of blue today, a girl named Joanne has made my day. It begins with her unexpected phone call this morning, She informed me that my daughter's lost property has been found after she left it in the store nearly 2 weeks ago when we were on holiday. She was so upset as the things were those bought with her saved up money and she'd spent a long time choosing them. Joanne from TK Maxx found the bag and searched out the number I'd left at the time. Despite me now not being in London as we were back home after our holidays, TK Maxx very kindly agreed to send my daughter's bag to her as a goodwill gesture. This was amazing customer service by Joanne and TK Maxx and we are both so grateful for all they've done. Top Marks!!
