Doesn't even deserve 1 star should be 0. Absolutely disgusting service. No matter how stuck you may be do not go to these people, absolute rip off. They show one design and give you a cheaper looking design with less work and have the work missing. Ordered 11 made to measure outfit for a family wedding, every single one was a wrong fit, either they took the wrong measurement or their tailor used the wrong measurements as 10 outfit been 2 to 3 inches smaller on every single one. The arms were bigger than my burka hand, did some adjusting after hours of arguing. Employees are very rude, however only lady called Jeba did try to help sometimes. They kept saying it the end day day before wedding to speak to Amina however wouldn't give a number or call her and let me speak. Said to do through Instagram. Very very stressful and took advantage if our situation. Although the they did reduce the price after arguing continously. STILL PAYED MORE THAN WHAT ITS WORTH. if it wasn't for the family wedding and so many outfit matching I would have taken a full refund!! My advise is don't order with these people they do not deliver. Looking at the review now I guess that was expected. Owner just cares about money and not customer service.

I wanted a saree for emergency next day delivery but was not delivered at all. They said it will definitely delivered next day I waited 3 days but still no package up till today. Their communication is very poor and would not respond to messages no apologies or anything, I would reccomend not to buy off these they are scammers. They did not refund my money either. I'm still in progress of the dispute and filing complaint. If the had 0 rating I would rate it 0 that's how bad they are.
