Zero, very poor customer service who ruined my and my 5 year old girl bday weekend/ day and made me run to other Valentino store like an idiot as they assured me I’ll find there shoes I wanted. All it was a false, they even didn’t ring the store and made them aware I’m coming, but instead they told me shoes are available and will be waiting for me. Bond Street store didn’t have those shoes. Later I received a call from Sloane St telling me they have found the shoes and I can come now and collect them. I’ve left my meal in the restaurant as Valentino was about closing time 6pm. When I went there again they tried to pushed the shoes ready in the box and bag to me even without presenting them to me! I said I’d like to see if all it’s correct, especially the size. After opening the box I’ve seen two shoes faulty, both discolorated !
This is an acceptable. Disgusting! Such a big brand Valentino, expensive, a fashion icon.. Such a cheap and wrong customer service. Shame
Valentino is the famous Italian label which makes glamorous clothes for men and women. They also have an alteration service and offer a mail order service.
