Family business. I have been using it for many years, mainly for clothes repairs/alterations. When others say "no that cannot done" or "it's not worth it, just buy a new one" the main man will pull out the stops and find a way. He always explains what he is going to do and how much it will cost. Works with leather too, and has a dry cleaning service.
The prices are fair, the personal service is a rarity in these times and the turnaround is good.
Tell me, how many tailors do you know who will measure you up before shortening your new trousers?
