STAY AWAY! I took my brand new Balmain blazer here, with the tags still on to shorten my sleeves. When I picked it up there was a hole in it by the edge of the shoulder stitching, please see in the photo. The stitching itself was poorly done and uneven which made it look horrible when on, also to be seen in pictures.
When I raised the problem with them, not only they refused to take responsibility for what happened and offer me a refund and cover the cost to have it fixed somewhere else, but they insinuated that I intentionally damaged my blazer to claim compensation from them. Who would intentionally damage their £1400 blazer to claim a few pounds compensation? A bunch of thieves that treat their clients like rubbish.
Lousy customer service and the "quality" of their services was a complete disaster.
Spare yourself a headache by staying away from these people, they will completely destroy everything they touch, what they did to my blazer was so bad, it cannot be ju
