On a recommendation, I visited this tailors with high hopes. Unfortunately I was greeted in a less than friendly way, and advice was hard pushed to get. I was not happy with the end result, an outcome of the lack of engagement. Customer service would very much be improved with a friendlier and more helpful attitude. I found the experience uncomfortable, like I was an inconvenience, and will not be returning.

Been using this tailor for years but my most recent experience is pretty bad. They refused to do half the alterations I requested at all. Didn't call me to say it was ready so I had to chase this. Eventually got my things ten days later and an alteration to a pretty expensive silk shirt has been completely bodged. All the fabric is bunched up so the alteration is really obvious and doesn't hang properly. They hadn't even bothered to cut off the threads from the machining! I don't trust them to repair it properly so will end up fixing this myself. Waste of time.
