Recently tried to buy a pair of Holborn Suede Boots from S&H. Took six weeks to arrive. Didn't fit BUT another pair would have taken about the same time so cancelled order. Have had to chase the refund for over 4 weeks and when it did come through it was short. Staff courteous but they don't care and the company's systems are obviously not fit for purpose.
