Like the other review, absolutely disgusting after sales service.
I bought a £80 pair of shoes that wore out in just a month (holes in the leather, very fast wearing sole, stitching worn through. I phoned the Convent Garden Neal Street branch where I bought them and found the number on the web was wrong. I also tried the Camden branch number which was also wrong (I got Destiny Church which apparently is above the shop). Then I found a mobile number and some dogy sounding "ex employee" gave me the Camden branch number. I spoke to Hasseb the manager and sent him some photos of the shoes. I rang back today as he had not contacted me and he laughed when he recalled the condition of the shoes from my photos. He said they were really worn out, but I could not get a refund, only an exchange. I live 150 miles away so that is not an option. He also said that they had worn out because I had wide feet (which I had explained was why I had trouble finding shoes that fit), but I said they fitted perfectly. I asked for the Covent Garden branch number and got the same fob off about no refunds only exchanges. When I told Haseeb I would be contacting trading standards he didn't care a jot.
Really disgraceful customer service, you could hear from the tone of the manager's voice (Haseeb in Covent Garden/Head Office) he had absolutely no care for my case at all and it was all about what was convenient to them rather than the customer who had just wasted £80!
Please avoid!
In case you have trouble finding a phone number, the one for Camden is 0207 267 6650 and the one for Covent Garden, Neal Street is 0207 8364 557

Absolutely dreadful shop. Bought a pair of boots for £90 and they started falling apart after 1 week of wear. I tried to take the back and was treated disgustingly. Do not shop here.
