Needed a simple repair on the clasp of a silver chain. It was done on-the-spot and at half the cost of an identical repair at at a place I’ve previously used in Beckenham. Will definitely use again.

I want recommend Crystal Palace Jewellers, just picked up my beautiful custom made engagement ring and I couldn't be happier! Hello. I have been using Crystal Palace Jewellers for years, and the owner Darryl is wonderful. He has an excellent range of jewellery, including delightful diamond rings and pendants set in silver, yellow and white gold, and platinum. He also has a great selection of watches both contemporary and antique. His repair and servicing is excellent, very reasonably priced, and expedient. He can also have jewellery custom-made including incorporating gemstones. If you have any jewellery or watch requirement, look no further than Crystal Palace Jewellers. I would highly recommend sending any watch repairs to this shop. I had inherited a watch that was presented to my grandfather for 45 years service on the railway and it was not working properly. My local Rolex dealer was extremely unhelpful and told me it could not be repaired as the spares were no longer available. When I spoke to Darryll on the phone he was very helpful and was certain it could be repaired. I have now got the watch back after a couple of weeks in full working order.
