Regular visitor to this store, products are fabulous and staff fantastic. They have helped me on numerous occasions arranging delivery for myself and for gifts to friends. I shop mostly in this store but have friends who have visited their second store and love it also. One of London's best kept secrets!

I found the staff to be very rude, and poor service. Good products but service lets them down unfortunately. Amy
