Treated with disrespect and disdain

I went in asking for battery replacement for two old watches. Unfortunately the new batteries did not enable the watches to start. I did not know this before I entered the shop but apparently this was my fault and I was told that I had “wasted his (the shop owner’s) time” . I was told to throw out the watches and that it was not even worth their put them back together although they did after I asked them to. I had planned to ask about silver chains but given this rude customer service I shall take my custom elsewhere and will certainly not be recommending this place to anyone else.

I've been using this family business for years now. Both buying and selling. They are ultra helpful, very friendly and very fair re prices. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I have dealt with this shop for many years and have always had excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Came here to post a negative review to possibly save someone the hassle of having to deal with these people, no surprised that there are already negative reviews. Dealt with this business a few weeks ago, and have had nothing but problems. The customer service doesn't exist here, as if they don't care about your custom. They are rude, unhelpful, and create a hostile atmosphere.

hi every one really if you are smart you will avoid this shop i went to buy a diamond ring now usually all shops give refunds this 1 doesnt even after buying it after 1 hour ..they are very nice to you before you buy ,after they dont give a toss now i called them to ask refund as i was stupid to buy a ring that i didnt really want as u no sellers are very encouraging to there buyers so u will buy from them ..i was told no refund ..only credit note i had to get a new ring that i dont like as they dont have what i look for now i have ring with no hall mark which is illegal for them to sell in this country if no hall mark still no refund but im sure consumer act services will help me shame on the owner every 1 make sure you see there policy believe me theres more to the story but havent got much room to write bye

Avoid this shop at any time!!!i dont know if it's a family run business or not?!but the customer service doesnt exist there!!!PERIOD!
I took my citizen watch there to change the crown as i have lost it.
They have quoted me £35 and called me to leave a deposit of £10, which i did, and they said it will take about a week.So yesterday they called me to come and speak to them, and when i did they said it will cost £30 to change the crown and £125 service.i said i dont want service just the crown.they said they wont do it as it has to be done together, i havent planned to spend £155 just like that and said that i wont do it then!
They said they are gonna keep my deposit as they had to send to citizen... I told them that it doesnt cost £10 and if it does that can i have a reciept then from the post office!
Which they said they not gonna give me ... And i can complain anywhere i want!spoke to me so rude... It's just embarassing!
Shame on you!!!
