Gold Leaf Jewellers

I took in a piece of costume jewellery that needed repair. They went to a lot of trouble to adjust it to the right size and they couldn't have been nicer.

Terrible service! Done engraving on expensive swiss watch and left very visible deep scratches right above the actual engraving! First thing they said when I pointed that out, was- "we didn't touch it" Oh yeah! And engraving was done by itself then?!! I asked to try and polish the scratch, and they needed an hour to take that back of the watch and polish it.I walked out,imagining how they will be taking it off and walked back after 5 minutes.The man was trying to open the watch with some sharp knife.I just asked him to give it back to me...Beware! They don't care!!!
