AVOID BRIDAL SHOPPING AND PLACING ORDERS WITH THIS SHOP!!!

We ordered a dress 4 months ago and was supposed to arrive within 3 months! It was supposed to be here mid October! Now it’s almost the end of November and we still kept being told “oh it’s been dispatched, definitely coming next week…” but guess what? Next week never came! finally I went to their shop and I cancelled my order with them and demanded my deposit back as the have breached the agreement date for the arrival of the dress! If they didn’t give it back, I’d be suing them! They’re lucky I didn’t demand compensation for the distress!

They’re absolutely terrible at communicating and don’t bother answering calls or messages. I even tried to contact them on instagram but they blocked me!These lot are out to con any bridal orders they can get! This has happened to Many other brides!
