I do not recommend. Very disrespectful and bad services. This is what my dress looks like 2 days before the wedding.They ask for the money upfront, but cash and you don't get a receipt, after they just don't [care].The dress is so badly made and the veil it's full of glue.Don't order a dress from this shop cause they gonna ruin your wedding day.

There service is amazing with amazing customer service and there shop is cleaner than most ! The people who are reviewing bad stuff honestly are lying because I know that no one there has ever been upset with the customer service and there dresses are beautiful ! I 100% recommend you go there ! You’re allowed to try on dresses and when you finally find the one they will tell you how beautiful you look in it and they do that with every single one you try ! The workers are amazing and will help you no matter what because they care for you’re experience and will want you to find the right dress ! I’m glad I went there and found my dream dress the fabric was right and so was the lace ! Unlike the other stores I went to in the same street ... this store was the one and if you want to find you’re dream dress then go to sisters bridal ! Thank you for all you’ve done sisters bridal !

Really rude customer service. I would not recommend using this business at all. Absolute pathetic owners who take money and don’t apologise for when they ruin an outfit. There are much better shops on the same street. Do not be fooled by the so called cheaper prices they claim as you will end up spending more just to fix things. Poor business ethics!!!

If i could give 0 I would. I purchased a dress leaving a deposit. After delays on the arrival of my dress it was nothing like how it should of been. The lace on the dress was completely different to the one I originally chose. They were extremely rude. I cried my eyes out. They were unable to give my deposit back or compromise with me by bringing what I originally ordered
