Tantrums and Tiaras

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Tantrums and Tiaras in Putney.
The attention to detail was second to none whilst being incredibly good value.

Please avoid this place. it is completely disappointing and provides an unprofessional service. I went to tantrums and tiaras to get my tiara and accessorise made to match my dress. The treatment I received was appalling. The tiara I ordered was the wrong way round. I ordered stud earrings and a bracelet. None of my criteria was met. I received a dangly pair of earrings nothing like what I had asked for. The lady tried to say that stud earrings were actually clip ons and that is why they had been made dangly :( . Furthermore the bracelet was much larger than what I had asked for. I felt extremely upset and distraught as it was only one week left to my wedding and I was left with no accessories. this place also did not inform me that they had moved locations when I was due to pick up my accessorise. Furthermore no effort or contact was made during the manufacture. I strongly recommend that brides do not use this place as they were not professional in anyway. :((((

Scott at Tantrums and Tiaras is amazing, so many people commented on my hair piece at my wedding.
He's a really lovely guy with a great shop and he's so talented, all brides to be should visit.
As for the wedding dress part of the shop, I went there too, Im sorry but the lady was rude and unhelpful and gave me the impression that she had better things to do. So not what you want when looking for a wedding dress, I left feeling a tad put out. Such a ashame as her dresses are great. Hope she does put people off Scott.
