Booked an appointment but when I turned up the shop was packed. Kids rubbing the sample dresses and screaming. The sample dresses were stained and ripped, service unattentive. The dresses were huge and instead of pinning them they shoved a towel down my back, this made me look like a hunchback when I tried to look sideways on to see my figure. It was the most disappointing bridal experience ever. They tell all brides you will get 20% off so don't feel special or pressurised by this. The primary of wedding dress shops, I left quickly!

Be aware as once they have your money the aftersales at this place is awful. It was not the experience I was hoping for when spending nearly 2k on a dress. The shop is also shabby & I was ignored when trying to sort an error they'd made on my order. Their complaints procedure is poor, no apology.

I didn't enjoy my time trying on wedding dresses in this store. I made an appointment to go and view some dresses with my bridesmaids but when i got there I was made to wait for half an hour by a dismissive unapologetic member of staff. I didn't like the selection of dresses and thought they were ridiculously over priced. There was a bridesmaid dress in the store being sold at £250.00. I felt this was ludicrous for what it was, just a floor length, chiffon, strappless dress, so I went and found an identical dress online for only £80.00. I would have liked some privacy whilst trying on the dresses but there were lots of other people around when I was; in all the other shops I've been to you don't have that problem. Not the best place for wedding dress shopping.
