I have been purchasing luggage from this store for nearly 10 years. The range of goods and customer service you receive is fantastic.

From advice on the right product for your needs, to the after-sale care you receive. You simply will not find this level of service or product knowledge in your average retail shop or department store.

Fantastic service that I would highly recommend over and over again!
I was after a backpack (Knomo Beaux in Black Leather) for my wife that no one else had in stock as it had sold out - but Paul had one in stock.
(A long story but it was the second time that I'd been after one of these - a colleague needed one for his wife 12 months ago and it was also sold out then, I tracked one down to Buziness Class and Paul was most helpful when we went in to purchase it then.)
With this latest purchase, despite me phoning late on a Monday, it was despatched at no extra charge and with me to gift to my wife on Wednesday.
She is so chuffed with it and it is just what she wanted!
Cannot fault the service and the range of goods stocked is incredible.
It's refreshing to find such great service where nothing is too much trouble.
I'll be back again!!!

I was so happily surprised to find such a fabulous luggage shop right in the City. My initial visit was unplanned, but after a very helpful and informative chat with Paul, I left with a fabulous new perfect-for-me rucksack. A few weeks later, I returned and bought a similarly perfect smaller version. I was then helped by Lorraine, who was equally knowledgeable, helpful and lovely as Paul. What a find! I cannot recommend Buziness Class highly enough for stunning, high-quality products and exceptional service on every level.

A gem of a shop in the heart of the City offering a great range of bags, cases and other business accessories with top names including Tumi, Dunhill, Mandarina Duck and Longchamp.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful with an in-depth knowledge to find the exact item to cater to your needs.

Very useful shop - highly recommended
