I thought the staff, especially what appeared to be the manager, really unhelpful and unfriendly. It wasn't particularly busy in the shop, but the manager really seemed like she didn't have time to answer my questions and didn't actually answer my question.

I wanted to purchase something that ended up being out of stock, but was in the dispaly- and was told quite bluntly that they didn't have anything in, the other shops didn't have anything, and they were not going to reorder again. So,why leave the product in the shop window? What was really annoying, was as an after thought, I was told I could purchase the display product, in about a month, which wasn't very helpful.
