I echo the reviews below both for amazing kindness and really reasonable and fair prices. The staff went out of their way to help my elderly mom when she got chilled. Their thoughtfulness even extended to an escort to the Tube (as they knew of an easier way that involved less steps). I've since read on TripAdvisor and other places that in addition to souvenirs, they also offer great prices on passes and show tickets. I highly recommend this shop and the people here as their integrity and kindness are valuable.

Took a party of 50 primary school children here on a school trip. The prices & items on offer were just right for my pupils - and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

A fantastic and friendly service... the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, in particular a young man by the name of Dave. They could not do enough to help me.

I would recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you haven't cemented your plans yet.
