the man in poshjumk arranged to deliver furniture, I had a memener of staff waiting around for 2 hours for nothing he didn't even call me to say he couldn't make it

The guy was very vague about when he was coming, then started ignoring my calls, then never came and I had to get someone else to do it at short notice.
