I found the owner to be very nice and welcoming. the milkshakes are amazing.

This Jewel in the Crown in Chapel market is the most welcoming warm inviting little shop. You can not visit without buying something or staying for a nice drink and cosy chat with the owner Liors. I visit this shop 2 or 3 times a week that is how welcoming it is. I wish there were more special shops like this in England

I did not have very good experience at this shop.
The owner was not helpful when I asked the question about the item although there was no other customer at all.

He just tried to sell it to me quickly and did not want to answer my question.
As I was not confident about the product, I decided to leave the shop without purchasing it. He sounds quite upset and say something to me in quite rude manner.

It is shame as it could be a nice local little shop if it improve the service and more helpful to the customer.

A little gem in Chapel Street market, I came across it by chance, the owner was lovely his shop had lots of nice pieces. Next time I will have tea in the cafe.
