If they sell something it needs to be fit for purpose. Unfortunately a pair of ear rings broke when my wife put them into her ear. they refused to exchange or repair them VERY VERY POOR customer service. I would never purchase anything from this shop again and warn anyone. Unfortunately a load of reviews say the same. BE AWARE.
