To Be Established

I visited this shop just before this lockdown was announced
I was looking for a specific card ( Greyhound related ideally) , I asked the person if they had any cards 'animal related', the reply I got really implied that she didn't want to be there let alone help me.
Suffice to say, another school Mum I mentioned this to had also gotten poor customer service there.

I have been back to this shop after swerving it for a while when my daughter was overcharged and then made to feel awful when she queried it by the sales person. I went in with my granddaughter, who was, in her small pushchair. I do understand its a small shop and space is very limited, but I really was made to feel as if I was a nuisance! if it had not been raining heavily outside, then I would have just stepped inside with the buggy at the door, but it was far too wet to leave it outside! Safe to say I WILL NOT visit this shop again! I strongly suggest their approach to their customers needs attention!

This is a beautiful gift shop, which sells unique gifts, for all different occasions. Would love to own a shop like yours, and know where you purchase your lovely things.

To Be established is a great shop! I cannot explain how many times it has saved me from embarrassing myself when I have forgotten a birthday or leaving do. A quick visit and I have a card, wrapping paper and an original gift. The staff are friendly and welcoming but don't do that annoying thing where they follow you around the shop, which is a good thing as the shop has so much many unique gifts that you sometimes have to work out what it does/ is. It sells all sorts from potted plants and funky door mats, baby toys and books to iphone accessories and table decorations, I never struggle to find a gift though sometimes struggle deciding on which one to buy. One more thing to say: the jewellery there is fantastic and one of a kind. A great all round little local shop - definitely worth a visit!
