make sure any complaint, however small, is documented by an assistant. i was given the wrong advice by an in store assistant, which resulted in my mobile being lost. after 7 months trying to get them to admit their error, their final comment is that because there is no evidence of wrong info from them i have to kiss my mobile goodbye.
