I brought a Samsung galaxy A32 4G on the 27/04/23 and used it a few times and my input of where the charger goes does not charge my phone and I paid £200 for the phone

Avoid this business. This business tried to sell me x4 A76 batteries for £20! £5 each! Daylight robbery is an understatement. I looked on Amazon and can buy x4
A76 batteries for, wait for it £2.35. That’s .58p per battery.
He used expletives at me when I refused to pay.
Bearing in mind he had to rummage around in a box like it was a car boot box full of spare batteries all of which looked like they had been found in a skip.
Surprised they have a licence to trade.
