I am very disappointed.

Tuesday 26th at 9am, set up a contract for an IPAD 10th Gen. It clearly said, collect and collect from 10:17am from the St Anns Rd Vodaphone store.
I was happy with and placed my order. Done my credit checks, signed the contract, Vodaphone took £30, as the first payment out of my bank.

EVERYTHING CONFIRMED THEN, I got an email explaining my order will be ready to click and collect 1-2 days!

I have been lied to after my money being taken. I specifically went with Vodaphone as they had the IPAD 10th Gen PINK in-Stock ready to collect.

I called customer services around 10am and was explained that I have to wait 1-2days for a text message explaining my order is ready to collect, However, during the ordering process it clearly said ready to collect from 10:17am. WHAT A LIE!

The customer service advisor, explained I can go to the store, and they will be able to provide me with it IF it is in stock. WHICH IT IS!

I went to St Anns Vodaphone, and explained I have came to collect my IPAD. The staff said 'No its not ready to collect' I explained the situation again.

An Asian lady was VERY rude and said to her colleague 'Let me know when she calms down so I can speak to her' When I was speaking to her colleague calmly, her attitude was absolutely stinky and disgusting, she wasn't even a manager and she was walking around the store like she owns it. I would never give disrespect unless I get it first, however she was RUDE. Her colleague was absolute helpful and understood my situation and frustration.

However, I was explained that the IPAD IN STOCK IS MY IPAD, however I can't have it. BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT READY.

MY IPAD is in stock however I CANT HAVE IT because its not ready?

The Ipad in the store is my Ipad which I will be collecting... just not NOW. I have to wait 1-2 days. BUT IT IS IN STOCK.
????????? ITS 2024 WHY AM I WAITING 1-2 DAYS IF ITS ALREADY IN STOCK?

I called customer service AGAIN they explained all the store has to do is scan and the ipad will be ready for me to collect? However the store said there is nothing they can do.

WHY is this so HARD?
I am disappointed, if I knew this was going to happened I would have gone to EE.

Some of the staff from Vodafone Harrow are WITHOUT RESPECT and NEGLIGENCE. I stayed in the queue for about 20 minutes and when my turn came, they just ignore me took the next customer, even if I told him what I wanted to do in the branch.

I thought it was a mistake and I told to that lady that it was my turn, and she didn’t care about what I said, she just ignore me, even if I told her twice… the second time she still ignore me… No professionalism at all!

Because of her, I didn’t buy the phone from Vodafone and I will never go back to Vodafone.
