Syed Mobiles

I took my iPhone 7 which was in perfect working order, to change/repair a cracked screen. They changed the screen but damaged my home button in the process, then refused to give me my money back and told me it was my fault because I was pressing the 3D Touch home button "too hard." I took it to an authorised apple repairer who said that they had damaged the circuit board on the home button by not being careful when opening the phone surround. It cost me about 4hrs in time in this shop, a lot of energy arguing with them about how the iphone7 works, and then about £200 to get it fixed at I-Smash but because there was more damage due to Syed mobile damaging my home button, Ismash changed screen and circuit board but phone is still not working properly.Don't use. Arrogant, rude and inept.
