My aunty came today, 22nd of August to the store of oxford st 127-127a Vodafone. She has been discriminated, as she is a Spanish speaker, by one of the co-workers, saying that because she doesn’t speak English she shouldn’t be in this country, UK. Also added that she must speak English and that he shouldn’t know how to speak Spanish to help her out. We are very frustrated as when I went to speak to Vodafone team, they declined everything they said to my aunty, and refuse to apologise.
