Mixed review from this shop. First had a new screen fitted to an iphone amd they did a good job. Still using the phone. Second phone Samsung needed a new battery, noticed immediately after picking it up the battery was just as bad as before. Downloaded an app and tested their new battery and it reports 60% health. Clearly either didn't actually change the battery or just fitted a second hand one just as bad. So second time unlucky and therefore wouldn't recommend. Will just buy a new phone and avoid them in future.

Such a unprofessional service. They don't know what they do. Pretenders and thief's. I will never go back to this shop. Just horrible. After screen protector was change my phone was full of dust and bubbles under and they blamed the fan😅 what the flake TURN IT OFF if that has bad impact on your work.

Terrible customer service and seemingly faulty products. BE AWARE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!
Sold a phone to my boyfriend, they they said it had been unused (their words) and the battery was brand new.
The battery isn’t new and runs down all the time and he’s only have had the phone for 1.5 months and has used it only once since buying to test it out.

In the shop they offered to transfer the numbers over to the new phone, using some unknown software on the shops laptop.
Hmmm?

My boyfriend asked them not to do it as he would do that himself. He never got round to it because he actually found out the battery doesn’t stay charged long enough for him to be able to use the phone.
Please be careful and AVOID THIS SHOP! If you want cheap accessories then fine but this shop isn’t for buying any type of hardware.

I have had a same problem as others with them, i bought a mobil phone, and after two weeks start having problems with it , i took it back to be fixed, but after three months and five times going back, i end up buying a new one, i don't trust them.

Handed in my tablet to fix, even after a month n 4 trips they were unable to fix it. First they said it was fixed and then it wouldn't turn on, what a joke. The guys have no communication skills or even any customer service experience or etiquette, they're always on their phones distracted. I was in the store for 10mins and had 5 people come back with their devices not working after they had been repaired by this place. AVOID!!!
They have no idea what they're doing or how to talk to people.
