I dont think I have ever been talked to like that from a business owner before. Incredibly unproffession, rude and enjoyed embarrassing me.

I decided I would sell a couple items from home as I am struggling financially and might be homeless within the next few months. It's hard to go out and ask for help and was just looking for to get a real valuation on my items as I am not a proffessional and could only really guess on how much they were worth. I had gone to two stores previously to ask for support and was met with incredibly friendly and helpful people who gave me good insight on what to do.

at Putney tech when I handed in my items instead of taking the time to do research or give me advice on what to do, he looked at them for 2 minuits asked how much I think they are worth and then just laughed me out the room. It was embarrassing, unhelpful and incredibly unproffessional. For someone who is struggling, its rude and incredibly demeaning to have someone smile and laugh at you whilst you are asking for help.

I am sure putney tech could fix your phone to a high standard however gadget x gadget, putney phone repairs and Gadget Wizard could do the exact same but will include a quality of service that is leagues better than putney tech. I don't beleive that people who work like this really deserve support from the community especially with many other options available that are run by actually good people.

I will be sharing this with all my friends and colleagues who live in putney and hope that after reading this you take the time to remedy the issue for any future people your working with.

Truly a hurtful experience.

If you value your electronics, take them elsewhere for repair. Took my mobile in for screen repair because it was badly scratched. Before checking that he had the right screen to replace it, the owner yanked out my existing screen, making a complete mess of both the screen and the frame. He then discovered his replacement screen was not the right one. He offered to order the correct screen from China - which would have taken 3 weeks. By this stage I had lost all confidence in his ability to repair the phone but when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he became rude and abusive. Stay clear!

I went to this shop and he saved my life my computer was broken and I need it fixed a MacBook Pro 2018 water accidentally went and this shop saved my life they took the water and changed my battery for 200 pound cheaper than anyone at this time the service is very good

DO NOT use this shop for repairing devices. I had a cracked screen and took it in for repair in July. He quoted me £70. He was very friendly and when ready for collection he told me he changed the LCD and the battery (I didn’t know it needed either). He asked for more than £70.
The iPads screen was repaired but the LCD was damaged as white looked pink. I went away for a few weeks so couldn’t go back to see him. When I eventually did he said he couldn’t do anything about it and told me I had broken the LCD! He was very rude.
