I payed £50 for them not to have fixed my laptop and then to tell me that they don't do refund even though they couldn't do the job. I wish i saw t earlier reviews to avoid having to go through this.

Bit sceptical after reading the reviews here but I had no choice as my son Brooke his iPhone screen. He needed it straightaway as his phone is crucial to arrange school drop off and pick up. Took it to this shop; the guy fixed it in half an hour; had slight issue with the control centre not working but he fixed it few days later with no extra cost.

One of the worst business experiences I have ever had. Not only were the staff rude and disrespectful, but the product itself was useless. I bought a pair of earphones which I was told was adaptable to an iPhone 7, they were not. The earphones were useless, they didn’t work, when they did on the rare occasion they were poor quality and the majority for the time they only worked in one ear. When I asked to refund the product which I was promised I could, they refused. They said there was a week deadline which I was not informed on as I was told I had a month to return. They gave me a new pair of earphones which were just as bad as the last. I had to go the shop several times for new earphones which I spent £20 on and still never received a pair of working earphones. The experience was overall terrible. The staff were rude to me constantly, refused to help and blatantly lied to me. I urge people to not shop at this shop. The products don’t work, they try to scam you and the staff are blatantly rude.

This is the worst business I have ever encountered in my life. I took my phone here with a speaker problem, after seven months,of returning backwards and forwards and each time being charged more money,I have a phone that doesn't work and a hundred pound out of pocket.He told me to leave the shop,he has done all he can .Please avoid this is not a professional business.
