Megaphone City

This has to be the worst phone shop I've ever been to customer service is very poor and they are happy to sell faulty goods to their customers. Bought an iPhone 5 charger yesterday afternoon, was charged £2 extra for it (it is £5) and it didn't work at all; went back to the shop& they did not want to refund my money until I started to raise my voice, they had also lost a mans SIM card& told him there was nothing they could do about it. They do not care about customer satisfaction but are quite happy to take your money, Untrustworthy money grabbing ppl. Please do not waste your time!!
