Carphone Warehouse

Customer service is inexistent, the attitude of some of the staff in this store is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I walked in there with a broken phone and was told I would get a call within 2 weeks when they have the part. It's now 1 month and a half, no one has bothered to call me back and you simply cannot get through to them as they don't pick up their phones (CW's head office ackowledged the fact that there were issues with this particular branch and asked me to lodge a complaint against them). When I finally managed to walk in the store again, they didn't have the decency to apologise for not getting back to me. When I explained, calmly but firmly, that this was sub-standard service and that I wasn't happy, the assistant just over-reacted, started huffing and puffing, looking at people around as if I were mad, at one point asking me if I were physically threatening them, if I wanted them to get on their knees and apologise, told that it wasn't their fault if my phone was broken... Basically what I got was an immature, ranting over-the-top reaction and so did the two people before me. Not the help I was looking for. Sort it out CW, these people are losing you business!
