second time i have had the same issue,
ordered a phone ....told they would call when they recieve it......both times never got in contact....
they dont answer the phone.......both times i had to go into the shop and ask them to search through there parcels to find it.......

doesn't help when they give you the reciept with recorded next day delivery on it .....then they still dont get back to u 2 weeks later!!


constructive.....pick up the damn phone!!!

The Nokia care support here was horrible. They refused to actually check whether the issue I had with my phone was covered by warranty or not. And seemed to either fail to properly use their internal nokia-care intranet search tools, or they didn't even perform such query.

On the 3rd time of my phone dying and being fixed by the team at this shop, I asked that the phone be replaced with a new one. I was warned of a 2-week wait, It is now 6 weeks, no one has contacted me and no one ever picks up the phone when I call the shop. Customer service is non-existant. Yes they did provide a replacement phone, however it is a low spec old motorola phone dating back to circa 2000, so I am pretty fed up.
I will be terminating my contract with CPW as soon as my current contract ends later this year, as I really don't know what I am paying for.

Its hard to be constructive when the level of customer service is just so poor, perhaps dropping a bomb and starting again is as constructive as I can be.

The story begins, I purchased my Nokia N95 from the carphone warehouse we had a happy life together until it stopped charging one day. Under the advise of a 'decent' carphone warehouse shop I was advised to take it here, to Cannon Street- not a convenient place for me- as they had a repair shop on sight.

A month went past of ringing the store at four daily intervals on available options, not one of my phone calls was answered. I eventually rung the main carphone warehouse customer service line, they told me the phone had been available for over a month! Upon collecting the phone it stopped working again within 2 days, when I took it no another shop they told me it had not been logged out!
