I have been into this shop in Baker Street and found the staff very helpful and informative.

They all have either helped me with blocking a sim card when my phone was stolen, (today) and gave me a sim to use on another phone.

All phone issues that i have had in the past and popped in to talk about where rectified.

I think the Team there are helpful and polite.

Was served by a very arrogant young lady who was not interested that I've been a customer of Vodaphone for 20 odd years and have numerous accounts with them spending approx £500 per month. I would have zero customers if I had this attitude with my clients. Perfect example of yet another "zero customer service" by Vodaphone. Some staff training clearly needed.
